We design , Manufacture and supply the Stack Filter Press System for Aluminium Foil Rolling Mill for Roll Coolant Filtration Purpose
The Coolant Media used is Rollex AR 55 / AR 56 mainly and the main objective of the system is to provide lubrication and carry over the heat generated at the roll bite due to rolling force application. The Filtration level of below 5 Micron is acheived because of filtering the Dirty Oil through a powdered cake and collecting the filtered oil in the clean tank for further distribution to the spray bar header at a design pressure

- Roll coolant Tank with Dirty part – Clean Part and Blow Down Part Separation
- Heating system for Dirty Tank as well as Clean Tank ( Optional )
- Tank Drain valve arrangement
- Pump- Motor Skid for transfer of Dirty Oil to Filter Unit
