STATIC TORQUE MEASUREMENT

  • Air Pressure v/s Torque Available at the output shaft shall be plotted in graphical and analytical mode in the computer system at different actuator angular shaft positions.
  • SCADA interface with Data Acquisition System
  • High Precision Torque Sensors
  • Reliable IP converter

ENDURANCE TEST

  • Rotary actuator under testing shall be imparted a variable back load on actuator.
  • The cycle counter indicator will indicate the no of cycles.
  • The Rotary Actuator under test will be imparted back load during clockwise as well as counter clockwise movement of the shaft of the actuator.
  • Pressure Regulator will help determine the requirement of pressure under a specific back load.
