The Power-pack unit is developed to meet the requirement of Aluminium Foil Separation Application.
The following functions are available in the system.
Tension control system with a proportional hydraulic valve for top ironing roll, bottom ironing roll, top lay-on roll and bottom lay-on roll for precise control of tension in material.
Nip Load Adjustment through hydraulic system.
Clamp- de clamp system for top and bottom re-winder shafts for drive end and non drive end.
Centring of Re-winder unit

Cooling & Filtration system.
The unit can be modified to suit your requirement of welder lift and welding unit and other auxiliary functions.
