- Apply the set force during rolling process by 2 Sets of Heavy Duty Roll Force Cylinders
- Maintain the set value of Roll Gap during rolling process by 2 sets of heavy duty Roll Force Cylinders
- Tilting
- Calibration and Zeroing
- Roll positive and Negative Bending
- Back up Roll Balance
Oil chiller
To maintain the Oil temperature and Oil Viscosity within safe limit during continueous running of the hydraulic system to optimumize the system performance
OFFLINE FILTRATION UNIT
To Maintain required NAS Level of Oil , The offline filtration takes oil from tank and filter it and then back to tank by using Electroless cleaning technology. This is of paramount importance in maintaining the NAS level for optimum performance of the servo proportional valves incorporated in the system design
Roll Force-HP and LP Hydraulic Cylinders
